Rtn Brian Davies helps several Rotary clubs to use Microfinancing to its best advantage.

The talk today is about something the club is very interested in - Microfinancing and Rotary projects.
Rtn Brian has wide experience of using the Lend With Care website to give fledgeling businesses in the third world a 'Hand Up rather than a Hand out'. His Club and individual rotarians both have fed money in to the scheme. Some regard it as a way of making savings work, rather than storing them away.
Any money you give out as a loan is paid back within a defined timescale so you can then lend it again and again.
The repayment rate is a remarkable 98%. !
The website includes the biographies of the entrepreneurs, their business plans and allows you to track your investment and repayment rate.
