Title: Tracing ancestry using DNA.

Peter Foster will be giving a well illustrated talk about the techniques that he and his colleagues have developed, since the 1990s, that allow individuals to trace their ancestry at different time levels, ranging from recent generations all the way back to the origin of humans some 200,000 years ago. He will include case studies with special reference to British origins.
