Frugal lunch at Ivan and Cathy Jones's home

After two days of rain the sun shone and we enjoyed a "not so frugal" lunch of pasta ( very tasty from Ivan's fair hand ) and fruit crumble using fruit the Jones's garden. We sat under a marquee and enjoyed the food, company and view while battling the flies ( some which were biters). Lots of banter, a few jokes and tea/coffee rounded off and enjoyable afternoon and £95 was raised for our charitable efforts. Thanks to our hosts for their making us feel so welcome!
