12.45 for 1pm Frugal lunch at Paul Barrett's home

We had a very enjoyable lunch at Paul's lovely home on top of the Clee Hills, preceded by a walk up to the "golf balls"....


As always this was a very relaxing informal and sociable lunch meeting with the date for the cheque presentation to a number of charities being confirmed as June 29th. Paul served up a tasty "frugal" lunch of chili con carne and rice followed by fruit salad and icecream ( yes we saw you Cathy having seconds!) Banter and stories were exchanged and recalled that last year Paul was awarded a much deserved Paul Harris award. Many thanks for another enjoyable lunch to our hosts Paul and Sylvie and we look forward to next year - the date is already in the diary!
