1.  COL 2016 District Representative

Thank you to those clubs that sent in nominations of Past District Governors for the Council on Legislation 2016 Representative.

Three nominations were received by the deadline of noon on Sunday 23rd February so a ballot is required. The nominations are :

• Ian Geddes, Rotary Club of Tranent
• Maurice Halliday, Rotary Club of Kirkcudbright
• Allan Maclaughlan, Rotary Club of Currie Balerno

Ballot papers will be sent out electronically.  Graham Clarkson of the Rotary Club of South Queensferry has agreed to act as Electoral Officer.

A number of key posts remain to be filled to complete the District Team, 2014-2015:

• District New Club Formation Coordinator [contact Peter Croan or DGE Alistair Marquis]
• Area Membership Coordinators - one individual for each of the West Area, Borders Area and South West Area [contact Peter Croan or DGE Alistair Marquis]
• International Committee - 1 member [contact Anne Wright or DGE Alistair Marquis]
• District Quiz Coordinator [contact Roy Redwood or DGE Alistair Marquis]
