Senior Citizens' Lunch

Guests from residential and sheltered accommodation around the town thoroughly enjoyed the lunch organised by Gala Rotary Club last Monday.

Around 80 people attended and were treated to a soup and pud lunch before being entertained by Jimmy Gold and taking part in the free raffle. By 3.00pm, a group of well fed, entertained and sometimes a bit tired from dancing, people were transported home by Gala Wheels.

The response from the guests? Once again a great afternoon and thanks to the Rotary Club!
