With just an afternoon's rehearsal 28 singers from all different choirs performed an evening of marvelous music to entertain the audience that had assembled at St Matthew's Church in Wigmore. 

Medway Sunlight Rotarian Ann Livings organised the very successful event inviting singers from all over Medway and beyond.  Ably cajoled and conducted by Norman Blow, another Club member, the singers soon got to know each other during the afternoon  and by 7:30 were ready for their audience.  The performance was of a very high standard and several members of the audience were heard to be astonished that many of the singers had not sung together before the event. 

The audience too were encouraged to sing several well known caols during the course of the evening and although not of the same standard, were able to make a good noise!
