Christmas Tree for 2013

The Rotary Club's efforts to again source and erect the Christmas Tree in Soham High Street came to fruition on Sunday morning. A fine specimen it is too.
This year's High Street Christmas tree is now in place and ready for being part of the big switch on of lights on Saturday 30th November.
The Rotary Club is indebted to Chippenham Estates for the very kind donation of the tree. As always it is very much appreciated.
Also a big thanks to Richard Palmer for his kind efforts in providing the transportation for the tree and the winch facilities that were essential for the size of the tree.
Finally, the Rotary Club has linked in with SCATS this year for it's new light set. Many thanks to Robert Peacock and his team for there assistance with this.
