Our Speaker for the evening is Elaine Bannon, NGO worker, Kenya.

Elaine was born 1962 in Dublin, Ireland. She managed a very successful Commercial / Industrial Lighting company in Ireland until she left to live in Kenya in 2003. Elaine brings her considerable project management skills to her new life in the bush with the Maasai people.

While celebrating her 40th birthday in five-star games reserves and hotels in Mombasa by the sea, Elaine was invited to look at an orphanage. From that moment on her life changed. She gave up her five-star life for a
