Rotary Club of Tywyn - Race The Train

I am writing on behalf of the Rotary Club of Tywyn where I am working with Elfyn James to organise marshalls for this year's Race the Train event.

Race the Train has become a major event in our District's calendar with around 1,000 competitors, from the UK and from overseas, taking part in the various races that are held. In recent years members of your Club have kindly offered to help us by acting as Race the Train marshals and we shall be very grateful if they could help again. Please could you raise this with your fellow members and let me know who would be available this year?

We need to have their names and contact details, and also know whether they can come both for the morning (from 10.30am) and the afternoon (until about 5.30pm) or only for either morning or afternoon. Marshalls are all invited to join us for the evening's entertainment which is held in the marquee in the school grounds.
