Volunteer Centre Borders

Volunteer Centre Borders works with many types of organisations to promote volunteering and find volunteers to work with the organisations, said Susan Swan who is their Executive Officer. All potential volunteers are interviewed and have a PVG check before being placed with suitable organisations. This can be useful way to help people to occupy their time or to get back to work after illness or unemployment.
