PRIZE DRAW WINNERS.
Last Sunday saw the draw for the star prize of the Rotary Club of St Andrews prize draw at the Dunhill Links Championship. Club President, Jimmy Spankie, was on hand with Colin Brown, the event organiser, and other senior Rotarians to see the draw of the winning tickets
The winner was Mrs Grace White from Markinch who told the Citizen
