ANNUAL CAROL FLOAT COLLECTION

Once again, club members were out in all weathers before Christmas, collecting in Abington Street to raise money for the "Mayor's Fund for the Housebound at Christmas" and Rotary Charities.  The photograph is of the Mayor and Mayoress with Evan Gregg, Vice President of the Northampton Rotary Club, and Rotarian Michael Stead (left) and Michael Pearson (right) in tabards

Members also collected at the Northampton Garden Centre in Wooton, which was much more comfortable.  Being located indoors meant there was no rain down the back of the neck, or inside-out umbrellas in the wind!
