The latest news on the building of classrooms in Mahjgaun.
Happy New Year to all members and friends at the Knighton Rotary Club!
After a lot of to-ing and fro-ing before Christmas, we are finally getting going with the project, and I attach a brief update ( see below ) from our Chair of Trustees to share with the group. As the deadline for beginning work got closer, we seemed to start a war of quotations between a few different groups all eager to get the contract. Ultimately it reduced the price to us by several thousand pounds, well worth postponing the start of the build by a couple of weeks for!
