Annual Stroke Awareness Day this year is on Sat 20th April 2013.

High Blood Pressure can lead to Stroke and other health complications. It can do damage long before it becomes an obvious problem. Regular monitoring of your blood pressure can mean early intervention and treatment can avoid its destructive effects.

If you have any worries do get in touch with your doctor for some simple checks.
