Patricia Parker was captured by Sudanese rebels in Darfur by a man who had already ordered the execution of two other charity workers.
Fortunately very few people reading this will have suffered the horror of being held hostage at gunpoint, and witnessed their companions being brutally murdered before their eyes. This traumatic experience happened to Patricia Parker, M.B.E. Guest of Honour, and Founder of the Charity, Kids For Kids, at the Rotary Club of March International Evening Dinner held upon the 25th February, 2013.
