Young Carers of Poole

Poole Rotary has actively supported Poole Young Carers for many years.


Poole Rotary has actively supported Poole Young Carers for many years, accompanying them on trips, joining in their social activities and raising funds to help these wonderful young people. Our efforts are channelled through Borough of Poole Carers Champion (and former Poole Rotarian), Ray Smith MBE, and his wife, Jean, who work tirelessly for the younsters, their families and the Borough's dedicated social services support team.

back Working through schools, Poole Hospital and a wide range of local charities we aim to support local children and young people, especially the sick and disadvantaged, by organising competitions, providing equipment and making financial grants.
