At the Rotary Wives Evening on 30th January members and partners enjoyed a talk given by Graham Howes, a Hypnotherapist from Manningtree. Graham specialises in many aspects including weight loss hypnosis, quit smoking, fear of flying, anger management, exam nerves, spider phobia and so on. I am sure that he is kept busy in this day and age. Jan & I were unable to attend but from what I hear it was a most enjoyable evening.
