Youth & International

The Youth and International committee


The Youth and International committee are involved in organising the Shoebox collection from local schools and arranging for the presents to be sent to less fortunate children overseas. They also run projects such as Young Technology which is a one day competition involving teams from a number of local schools and assist with similar competitions such as Young Chef and Youth Speaks which are run by our sister Rotary clubs.

Rotary support a number of International Projects providing humanitarian aid  to poor communities abroad and we have recently supported projects in both South Africa and Malawi as well as donating to Disaster situations such as Haiti and the floods in Pakistan.
