What is Rotary?  

We are for communities - are you?

From the local community to making it a better place to live in, to the global network of communities struggling to survive.  Rotary believes that society works better when people work together.  With 1.2 million members worldwide and 53,000 UK members in 1,850 clubs, this aspiration becomes an attainable goal.

We are for making a difference

Being part of Rotary involves more than just giving something back to the community; it's about you personally helping it to prosper and making some great friends on the way.  Take a close look at our website and you will see the local and global projects we are currently involved in and how you might be able to help us

We are for socialising

Stonehouse Rotary (est 1980) is a dual gender club with members of all ages, backgrounds and who live right across the five valleys.  We are a friendly club which meets weekly with attendance being flexible to suit your circumstances. We have a wide range of guest speakers and we also get out and about on visits.  We skittle, go on guided walks and socialise enabling you to make new friends. Some of us even enter the annual Monmouth Raft Regatta and paddle down the Wye on our raft "Barrel O' Laffs.
