Rotarians at work

a

Gala's chances of winning the Scotland in Bloom competition are better than ever this year as Rotarians help to tidy up the town's public gardens.

This comes after the Council had to reduce the amount of work they could do on these areas in the town. Our picture shows, from left, Jim Pate, John Gray and Drew Tulley hard at work in the grounds of Old Gala House where they work every Thursday morning. There is always work for more volunteers so anyone with time to spare can go along to Old Gala House any Thursday to help out.
