On Wednesday 29th June, the District Handover took place at the Glynhill Hotel, Renfrew. 145 Rotarians, Rotaractors, Interactors and partners from all over the West of Scotland attended the event
In his valedictory speech, Ian Mills, District Governor 2010-11,
mentioned that it had been a privilege to serve as Governor and that his most
important activity during the year was visiting all the clubs including those
in the Family of Rotary
