An annual football tournament held at Dropmore School for 8-9 year olds from schools in the local area.
9th Rotary Junior Football
Saturday April 23rd saw the ninth annual Junior Football Festival held at Dropmore School for 7 of the local junior schools.
It was a closely fought contest with the result depending upon the final game.
Any lack of skill was easily made up
by the energy and enthusiasm shown by all the players.
St Nicolas School were the winners with Dropmore School runners up with Dair
House & Dorney close behind. Claycots, St Peters and Holtspur schools also
took part.
The player of the tournament was Harrison Denee.
The event was organised by the Rotary Club of Burnham Beeches ably assisted by the Dropmore School Headteacher Hazel Watt.
