Evening Visit to Chirk Castle - Wednesday 11th May

A guided tour of Chirk Castle followed by fellowship in a local hostelry.


The Vocational Committee is arranging a Connoisseur Tour of Chirk Castle on Wednesday 11 May for Club Members and their guests.

The National Trust describes the tour as:

A simply gorgeous guided tour looking at the elaborate plasterwork, elegant state rooms, fine Adam-style furniture and exquisite tapestries that lie behind the austere exterior of this 700-year-old, medieval fortress.
