Speaker Hilary Tunnicliffe on behalf of Laura Holland Area Volunteer Manager Cancer Research UK - The work of the CRUK

Hilary gave an inspiring account of how she reacted to being diagnosed with breast cancer and how this lead to becoming a major fund raiser for CRUK.


Hilary gave an inspiring and personal account of being diagnosed with breast cancer and how this motivated her to start the Race For Life fund raising campaign for Cancer Research UK as well as other cancer related charities.

She is now an Ambassador for Cancer Research and uses her skills and experience as a biology teacher to help others take a positive view of their future.
