A breath of youthful fresh air came to the March Rotary Club on Monday 21st November, in the form of Rachel Reetzke, 22. This charming young lady from the small town of Franklin Kentucky is an Ambassadorial Scholar sponsored by Rotary Club District 6710 in that State. From her opening introduction in Chinese Mandarin she captivated the large audience with her charm and obvious enjoyment in her studies.
