Durham Elvet Rotary welcomes Rotary scholar

We were delighted to welcome along Nono Shinghai to our recent meeting. Nono is from Osaka, Japan, and is studying for an MA at Durham University. Sponsored by the Rotary Club of Sakaide East, Shikoku, she is excited about her time here in Durham during which time Durham Elvet Rotary will act as her host club. Nono looks forward to meeting people, learning more about the area and, with a sporting background, even hopes to get along to a football match or two. We wish her a successful and enjoyable time here in the north east.
