Bexhill Rotary Club - Proms in the Garden 2026

Bexhill Rotary Club brought the spirit of the Last Night of the Proms to a local garden, where members and friends gathered to enjoy the BBC’s 2026 final night celebration together.

Guests watched from the comfort of a marquee, with the evening’s performance shown on two giant screens. Silent-disco headphones gave everyone a clear and immersive soundtrack without disturbing the surrounding neighbourhood.

Members and guests joined in the traditional Proms spirit, sharing a memorable evening of music and good company in the open air. The combination of large-screen viewing and individual headphones created a distinctive garden-party atmosphere for the Club’s take on one of the highlights of the musical calendar.

The successful gathering offered Bexhill Rotary Club members and friends another enjoyable opportunity to come together, combining fellowship, music and a touch of Last Night of the Proms tradition.
