Bexhill Rotary Goes Crazy for Golf in Hastings
HASTINGS, Tuesday 15 September 2026
Members and friends of Bexhill Rotary Club enjoyed an entertaining evening beside the sea on Tuesday, combining a keenly contested round of crazy golf in Hastings with a traditional fish-and-chip supper.
With putters in hand, the group took on a course filled with twists, obstacles and plenty of good-natured rivalry. There were moments of impressive skill, a few wayward shots and much laughter as players negotiated the challenges and compared scores.
Laura claimed the individual championship with the lowest score of the evening, while the prize for the best four-ball went to Team Clark-Halligan.
Before taking to the course, everyone sat down to freshly cooked fish and chips, beginning the outing in classic seaside style. The relaxed meal gave members and guests an opportunity to catch up before the friendly competition got under way.
Members and friends thanked John for organising such an enjoyable evening.
The evening reflected the friendship and fellowship at the heart of Rotary, bringing people together for an enjoyable social event while strengthening the team spirit that supports the Club’s work in Bexhill and the wider community.
