FAMILY FRIDAYS - GO EPSOM/BID - 24 July 2026
Despite the hustle and bustle of the water company having to deal with what appeared to be a major leak within the town centre, Family Fridays did take place, supporting business through the Business Improvement District (BID) is a business-led and business-managed body formed specifically to make agreed improvements to a defined commercial area.and GO Epsom made possible by Karen Pengelly and Paul Taylor of GO EPSOM and we were invited again to be a large presence in marshalling rides etc. We also held a craft table making crafty foxes which the children loved doing. Amongst the activities which were present and all free for families and children to enjoy were the teacup ride, wall climbing, caving, Punch & Judy shows. A great number of families attended the fee entertainment all it is clear had a great time an in turn bringing trade to the local shops. Family Fridays will also again run next Friday, 31 July and Fridays throughout August.
Thank you to all those that helped with the event from Epsom Rotary and Friends.
