The venue for this year's event will be the Alona Hotel, Strathclyde Park, Motherwell. It will start at 10:00 and will finish around 4:30 pm The invitation and details will be sent out to all incoming Club Presidents were known and copied to current Club Secretaries & Presidents by end of March. If your Club's Presidency will be shared between several people, then all your incoming Presidents are invited to attend.
In order to confirm numbers for catering, please respond to Andy Slater, LDT Team Lead (andyslater1230@btinternet.com) to confirm your attendance or record apologies by Monday 13th April.
