Foundation Dinner

On behalf of the District 1285 Rotary Foundation Committee, the members of Altrincham Rotary Club invite Rotarians and their partners to the: 

District 1285 Rotary Foundation Dinner & Seminar on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at 6.45pm for 7.00pm at  Altrincham Football Club, Moss Lane, Altrincham WA15 8AP. 

“What has the Rotary Foundation ever done for us?” 

Come and hear about: 

“An Incubator Project” 

“Information from the frontline on our fight against Polio” 

“How to get a late award from the 2025-26 District Grant” 

“How qualifying for an award from the 2026-27 District Grant is changing” 

“2024-25 Recognitions & Awards” 

The 3-course meal will be “Chef’s Choice” and cost £27.50pp, but dietary needs will be respected if advised in advance on the booking form.  

The deadline for both bookings and cancellations is 11.59 am, Wednesday November 12, 2025. All bookings, using the attached form, and any cancellations must be made directly with us (not with the venue). Cancellations made after the deadline will be payable in full unless they can be re-sold. Payments can either be made in advance by cheque (payable to Rotary Club of Altrincham) or by cheque or cashless card on the night. All bookings will be confirmed by email.
