Why do we need a project fair? In the past years, we organised the International Rally as an annual event.
In preparation for the upcoming District Assembly in May, DGE Edwin and I wanted to have a project fair instead, encompassing all service areas, to share information about new or newish initiatives with all clubs. The idea is that clubs could plan and incorporate at least one new project into their club assembly report for the 2025-2026 Rotary Year. The project fair will be a precursor to the May District Assembly.
Date, Time and Venue: The project fair will be held on Sunday, April 13th at Buile Hill Hall, Salford, M68GL from 10.30 am to 3 pm
Cost: The stalls are free of charge. The lunch will be vegetarian and non-vegetarian lasagna, salad, and tea/coffee, costing £15 per person. Buy your ticket here.
Contents: The plan is to have 14 to 16 project stalls encompassing all the service areas, including the Rotary Foundation. All attendees can visit the stalls, mingle, and make connections. Four to five speakers will give PowerPoint presentations before and four to five after lunch.
