Club secretary and treasurer training

Hello Everyone

District Treasurer Dennis and myself are holding an information session for Club secretaries and treasurers.

This is to be held on Thursday 3^rd August at 7.00pm on zoom.

We have asked for registration in advance so we know how many will be attending – We will need to extend the Zoom license if you all attend – not a problem but we need to know in advance.

 After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

 The session will start with a presentation by Dennis and myself giving you some of the basics and we will follow this with a Question and Answer session where you can raise your questions and hopefully we will have the answers at our finger tips.

 If you want to send in any questions in advance then that is brilliant (always helps ) please send them to me on secretary@rotary1285.org and we can be prepared for you.

 As always though Dennis and I are available on email or the phone to answer any queries. Sometime these things just cannot wait.
