District Grant Awards/Reports
Electronic Reports on Awards from the District Grant are due by the end of May 2025. A simple jotform report form is available by contacting Richard Cooper using the contact form below.Contact Gwyneth Millard and/or Richard Cooper with queries or requests for assistance with this programme.
Foundation Grants
All Districts in RI have to be qualified to
receive financial support from The Rotary Foundation.
All Clubs have subsequently to be qualified and achieve this by
- attendance at a Grants Management Seminar
(held F2F on the 21st March 2024, 7-8pm on Zoom) or online via the learning centre)
- the President Elect & President Nominee completing, signing and
scanning a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for an award from the District
Grant or a Global Grant or both.
(The cooperating organisations MoU is only signed if a third party is involved.)
Link to resource pageA second round of electronic bids for 2024 awards from the District Grant and club will be announced in Nov 2024 (closing date end of Dec 2025). Jotform link will be emailed out to Foundation leads, but is available on request by contacting Richard or Gwyneth. It can also be found in the papers for the Nov district council.
Deadline for 24/25 district grant reports is the end of May 2025.

Introduction to MyRotary
You will need to access MyRotary in order to complete the Grant Management Seminar or Rotary Foundation Basics courses referred to below.Grant Management Seminar
The Grant Management Seminar on Learning Centre is the pre-requisite training course for all clubs wanting to apply for a Global Grant.One member from each Club must complete the course on Learning Centre and the subsequent annual Grant Management Recertification course each year that they wish to apply for a Global Grant.
Rotary Foundation Basics Course
The Rotary Foundation Basics course on Learning Centre is the recommended training course for all clubs wanting to apply only for a District Grant. It provides an overview of The Rotary Foundation, without going into the level of detail of the Grant Management Seminar.
If a club has completed the Rotary Foundation Basics course in 2024-2025, it will not need to retake the course in order to apply for a District Grant in 2025-2026.
