District Grant Reports

Interim Reports on Awards from the District Grant for 25/26 are due as soon as possible, but at the latest by the end of April 2026. A simple jotform report form is available here. Please send final reports two months after the project is complete, including photos, if possible. Please keep us informed of progress, including via social media.

Foundation Grants

All Districts in RI have to be qualified to receive financial support from The Rotary Foundation.
All Clubs have subsequently to be qualified and achieve this by

having attended the Grants Management Seminar on 7th March 2025 or online via the learning centre
the President Elect & President Nominee completing, signing and scanning a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for an award from the District Grant or a Global Grant or both.

(The cooperating organisations MoU is only signed if a third party is involved.)

A second round of capped bids was announced at the Foundation Dinner on November 19th 2025. The closing date is January 2nd 2026. Apply here

Deadline for 25/26 interim district grant reports is the end of April 2026.

Introduction to MyRotary

You will need to access MyRotary in order to complete the Grant Management Seminar or Rotary Foundation Basics courses referred to below.

Grant Management Seminar

The Grant Management Seminar on Learning Centre is the pre-requisite training course for all clubs wanting to apply for a Global Grant.

One member from each Club must complete the course on Learning Centre and the subsequent annual Grant Recertification course each year that they wish to apply for a Global Grant.

Grant Recertification Course

The Grant Recertification 25/26 course on Learning Centre is the mandatory training course for all clubs wanting to apply for an award from the District Grant. The alternative was to attend the grant management seminar on 7th March 2025.

The Rotary Foundation Basics and Grant Management Seminar courses are recommended.
