Evening Programme
...optional evening meal and entertainment
We invite you to join fellow Rotarians, family and friends for a relaxed evening. Starting at 18.00hrs the evening will include a two course hot fork buffet meal and an after dinner speaker, provisionally from The Jockey Club (details to be finalised). Music provided by DJ John Brewer.
The event will be held in the same building as the conference and bar facilities will be available for the purchase of drinks.
Tickets for the evening programme cost £50 per person and may be booked during the Conference Registration form. If booking both the conference and evening programme the cost is £108 per person. Any bookings made on or after 1 September 2026 are subject to a £5 surcharge.
