Costs, Payment and Cancellation Policies

Costs
- Conference attendance costs £60 per person
- Conference attendance with the evening dinner costs £108 per person
- Tickets for the dinner only cost £50 each
Payment
Payment is incorporated into the booking process and you will need to provide credit card details when completing the registration form.
Late Booking Fee
A late booking fee of £5 per booking applies to bookings made on or after 1 September 2026.
Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation received on or before 26 September 2026 will be eligible for a refund subject to an administrative charge of £5 per booking.
Notice of cancellation received after 26 September 2026 will not be eligible for a refund *unless due to serious illness or bereavement ~ see below.
*Cancellations made due to serious illness or bereavement will be given consideration for a full refund providing the illness falls under one of the following categories:
- Hospitalisation
- Operation/Surgery (out or in-patient)
- Chronic Disease deterioration
