After a year of organising between Epsom Rotary and Girlguiding Epsom Division, our Empowering Girls Day on Saturday 22 February was a great success. 70 Guides and Rangers and 40 guide leaders spent a fun day taking part in sessions on Finance, Car Maintenance, Sewing, Motivational Art, Meditation, with the event being opened by Inspirational Speaker Jackie O’Connor. Thanks goes to Carol Caiger, John Caiger, Joe Proops, Maggie Rowell and Jackie Reynolds for making this event such a great day. The Guides definitely left feeling empowered!
