Cambridge South Rotary Club 1966 - 2015
We had a very relaxed and enjoyable night in richly decorated historical surroundings.
This evening is special in the annual club calendar as it celebrates the beginning of the club as an independent entity in 1966 - our 49th Charter Night. The tickets include a three course dinner. Celebrity guests will be attending. All Club members, their families and guests are welcome.
Our emminent and entertaining speaker was Dr Ian Nimmo-Smith. Amongst other things Ian trained as a Statistician, has been part of the Cambridge University Research Ethics Committee, been Head of MRC Cognition & Brain Science Unit, Leader of Cambridge City Council and Mayor 2011-2012.
Tickets 36 each plus drinks.
There is ample parking in the old walled garden.
There is easy access for people with limited mobility to the ground floor, though there is some gravel to be negotiated.
Please book in with Alan E in good time.
