Bob Maskall is a retired RAF officer and fast-jet pilot. For the majority of his 30 years there he was a flying instructor and spent his working life teaching adults and passing on skills and information.
He has 23 years of experience in Rotary having been involved with the District Membership team for most of that time. He spent 2 years as an AG and had the great honour of being DG for the year 2019/20.
He was Head of the Rotary Great Britain and Ireland Leadership Team for 2 years and has spent much of the last four years training future DGs. In 2022 and 2023 he was a Training Leader for International Assembly. He took over as Chair of the Rotary Great Britain and Ireland Board in July 2026.
Sue Tonks is an International Trainer and Speaker on Networking and Leadership and Management. She delivers talks and workshops with unforgettable comedy moments. Her fun and practical style enables delegates to vividly remember key points and develop long lasting skills and has taken her all over the globe. This year alone to the Arctic Circle, Washington DC and Boston!
Running 5 businesses, she is always busy adapting in a quickly changing world. She has published her first book “Can I Have A Word?” about dealing effectively with behaviour, attitude and performance difficulties without losing control, falling out or anyone getting upset!!
She is currently a Board Member for “Believe in Bedworth” (her hometown) a Trustee for “Warwickshire Health Charity”, an Ambassador for the Lord Lieutenant of Warwickshire, specialising in helping Companies achieve the “Kings Awards for Enter-prise”, she in a ladies choir and runs a “Singing with Dementia” group.
