Back by popular demand, a Magical Burns Supper will be held in the Yorkshire Suite of the Golden Lion Hotel in Northallerton, on Saturday 25 January 2025, at 6.30 for 7.00 pm. Northallerton Rotary Club will host the event, to which all members of the public are invited.

The Supper is dedicated to raising much-needed funds for the Eye Appeal at the Friarage Hospital. This appeal is crucial in enhancing eye health and well-being for numerous patients in our community, and will provide facilities in the Northallerton area to save patients travelling further elsewhere for care.

A traditional Burns supper of three courses will be served (with alternatives to Haggis available), including coffee, tea and a dram of whisky. Burns Night traditions will be featured, including a Scottish piper. But the main attraction of the evening will be stunning entertainment by magicians from the Magic Circle of Middlesbrough, promising an enchanting experience.

Dress is smart casual, with tartan optional. For tickets (£39 per person) go to www.northallertonrotary.org.uk. You can reserve a table for eight people or book individual seats to join friendly company. For more information, contact secretary@northallertonrotary.org.uk.
