Rotary is more flexible than ever before. With a variety of ways to get involved with your local club, there is bound to be an opportunity to suit you, your lifestyle and your commitments.
Join an existing club
The most common method of joining. Clubs are flexible in their meeting times and locations, with multiple clubs often operating in a certain area, giving you options to suit you and your commitments.
As well as face-to-face meetings, a number of clubs operate with online meetings, offering greater flexibility for those who are frequently on the go, or those who lead a particularly busy lifestyle, but still want to give back to the community.
While clubs meet at different times, in different places and in different ways, the thing they all have in common is the fact they come together for hands on projects, volunteering and community activities to improve the lives of others.
Direct membership
If you work full time, have family commitments, and do not have the time to commit to weekly meetings due to your circumstances direct membership may be the option for you.
Direct membership is set in an online environment, meaning that you always have access to seminars, workshops and events while still being able to work on projects with your local clubs.

Corporate membership
Perfect for business! If your organisation wants to work closely with your local Rotary club to get involved in the community, you can. Rotary is a great way to put your organisation’s Corporate Social Responsibility ideas into action.

Friend of Rotary and Project Volunteering
If you’re not quite ready to commit, a number of clubs offer ‘Friend of Rotary’ programmes or volunteering options on specific club projects.
This gives you the opportunity to get involved with Rotary to decide whether it is right for you.
