The club has pinpointed local causes deemed most needy and donated more than £10,000 since April ( e.g. supplying PPE equipment to care homes and individual computers for school work during lockdown ).
A dozen members formed a COVID relief group in late March and met by zoom every week since then with the aim of formulating fund raising activities and distributing funds to those in need. The club has endeavoured to support:
