Community

Our Club, in its various guises, has operated a Charity Car Park for some 25 years thanks to the support of the Skipton B/Society.  During this time the Car Park has raised over £250,000 for distribution to local associations, clubs, schools, good causes and charities.  You can find application forms to download below. The car park is only staffed by voluntary club members and Friends of Rotary.

The Car Park is just off the Bailey at BD23 1AT.  It operates from 10.00 to 18.00 between March/April and October.  It also opens for the Town Christmas Markets and other events such as Bank Holidays, the Great Rotary Santa Fun Run, Yarndale and Sheep Day. The current charge is £3.50 per day.

The regular weekly car park re-opened on 28th March 2026, this continues until the end of October.
