Community Update - December 2025

Heather Kelly, District Community lead

It has been a busy time with the District Conference in October. Another fantastic get together.

Showing some of the great work that our district clubs have been doing over the year. From Golf competitions, cycling, planting flowers to brighten the community and supporting qualifications in bee keeping for pupils.

What a range of things we all do.

I want to show case as many things that we do for our communities. Warm spaces for people, meals and getting people together to alleviate loneliness and heat poverty. We need to tell each other what we do and then emulate this in other areas to increase our reach and allow the community to thrive where it can and encourage others to join us in our quest to attract more members.

If your club is doing something that you want to share with others please let me know so we can share it with other clubs.

Looking forward to seeing some festive events and Santa antics over the next few months.

Have a lovely Christmas and Prosperous New Year.
