A new membership channel

Rotary means business with new Enterprise Membership model

Story By EMMA GRINSELL
Senior manager - business development, rotary GB&I

We are thrilled to announce the introduction of Enterprise Membership as a new and innovative way to join Rotary in Great Britain & Ireland.

This new membership channel is part of our commitment to expanding our reach and achieving our North Star goal of attracting and retaining 60,000 members by 2028.

Enterprises play a vital role in our communities and can make a significant impact through their involvement in community action. By joining Rotary and becoming an Enterprise Member, businesses have the opportunity to showcase their commitment to corporate social responsibility, enhance their brand reputation and become an employer of choice.

Through Enterprise Membership, businesses can engage their employees in meaningful community projects. It provides the opportunity to develop workplace skills like leadership and communication while learning about new activities and building team relationships. By joining us as Enterprise Members, businesses can leverage their resources and expertise to create sustainable change and make a positive difference.

“By joining Rotary and becoming an Enterprise Member, businesses have the opportunity to showcase their commitment to corporate social responsibility.”

We believe that Enterprise Membership is a strategic way to attract new members who align with our Rotary core values. By expanding our membership base through this innovative channel, we are confident that we can continue to grow Rotary and make a lasting impact in our communities.

The Enterprise model offers Direct membership to Rotary in Great Britain & Ireland and is aimed at organisations of approximately 100+ employees. We also offer the alternative Corporate Membership model for smaller companies and local businesses who wish to be involved in Rotary via a relationship and membership with a local club. We continue to develop this new model.

Rotary’s roots originate in business, and while this still plays a part in Rotary life today, with members gaining skills they can use in their professional life, we want to strengthen our business connections further.

If you have personal contacts at a business who are interested in learning more about Enterprise Membership with Rotary in Great Britain & Ireland, or you think we could help turn their corporate social responsibility plans into action, get in touch! We have built an Enterprise Membership referral form that you can complete simply and easily.

We look forward to growing Rotary together.
