North Star

Helping clubs survive and thrive

We're now in Rotary year 2024/25, and our North Star initiative is now in full action. I would like to begin by firstly thanking all of you our members for supporting us on this pivotal journey to date.

This year’s focus will remain on increasing our membership and leveraging each of our 4 membership channels: Clubs, Corporate, Direct and Enterprise, so each one becomes a steady contributor of new members to our aim of achieving our target of 60,000 member by 2028.

We will continue to provide extensive support to districts and clubs to ensure they grow effectively, in a sustainable and diverse way. With the assistance of our Specialist Adviser Teams and Rotary Support Centre, our goal is to add 3 new clubs to each district, and at least one if not two corporate members to each club.
