Mad Hatters Tea Party

A tea party in Jedburgh's wonderful abbey

To end our year of 50th celebrations whe held a Mad hatters tea party amongst the trees of Jedburgh Abbey's orchard. Our local friends, our rotary supporters and our members of all ages spent a sunny afternoon eating plates and plates of lovely food and endless cups of tea, coffee and juice. Alice in wonderland costumes were worn by some, we had a dormouse, a caterpiller, the queen of hearts some wonderfull mad haters and other mystic beings and even a caucus race.

We are raising money for Superpower Agency, and initiative to raise children's literacy in Edinburgh and the Borders and Rotary Foundation.
