Dementia Action Week

Rhondda Rotary are supporting a project by “Friends of the Workers Gallery”, Ynyshir, to promote Dementia Action Week (18th – 24th May 2026).
Large and small Forget-Me-Not flowers are being made by the Gallery and local groups for display in the village.
Other community groups in the Rhondda are being approached to see if they are interested in participating within their local area.
The cheque was presented by Rhondda Rotary President Martyn, to Chris from the Gallery and Dementia Awareness advocate Alison, who has organised the groups involved.
