This year’s Rhondda Rotary “Big Quiz” was held on Wednesday 29th October, at the Ynyshir & District Workingmens Club (The Baden).
An enjoyable evening was had by everyone, with an excellent turnout on the night of 13 teams, representing 8 different organisations.
It was a close fought battle for 1st place, with only two points between 1st & 3rd.
But as always, there can only be one outright winner, which on the night was “The Colliers Arms”, retaining the title and winners cup for another year.
The first three finishers all received cash prizes, with the final result being:

Runners-Up: The Rheola
3rd Place: The Trebanog Club
A big thanks to everyone who took part in the quiz, your support is greatly appreciated.
Thanks also, to everyone who donated a prize for the raffle, which helped to raise £240 on the night and which is being donated to the Rhondda Sea Cadets.
We look forward to seeing you all again next year, if not before at one of our other events!
